The Underworld, NW1 0NE , [Venue Details]In 2015, in the north of France, a group of best friends and musicians decided to reunite around their common passion for Nu Metal and Linkin Park and created the band "METEORA: tribute to Linkin Park".
They worked very hard preparing powerful and energetic shows in honour of Linkin Park, the Linkin Park fan community and for everyone who enjoys the iconic music.
The band not only gives the audience the best hits from Linkin Park, but is also always willing to share their passion and good vibes. In 2017, the world got struck with the passing of Chester Bennington. From that day on, METEORA would have a much bigger responsibility in spreading Linkin Park and Chester Bennington's message.
In 2020 during the pandemic, METEORA released an original track + music video in which they're virtually reunited with Linkin Park fans all over the world, commemorating the band they grew up with. Their track "We are soldiers" (in reference of the early Linkin Park fanbase) even reached radios like Classic 21 (BE) and was heard by Mike Shinoda himself.
